1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Renacle Technologies Private Limited ("Renacle," "we," or "our"), including our web development, IT operations, CSaaS, and integrated communication tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Renacle provides digital infrastructure solutions, including workflow automation, Customer Support as a Service (CSaaS), BPO operations, and integrated communication systems utilizing third-party APIs (such as voice, video, and text messaging features).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services (including any integrated messaging or calling features) to:
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or threatening content.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Distribute malicious software, spam, or engage in unauthorized data scraping.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, particularly regarding communication network abuse.
4. Third-Party Services and APIs
Our platform may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., Zoom, Formspree, hosting providers). Your use of these features is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service. Renacle is not responsible for the uptime, data handling practices, or content policies of these external platforms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renacle Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
